The breakfast had a good variety, i especially liked the addition of Prosecco. The staff was very attentive. The free coffee area was perfect.

There IS a high-class Syrian Lebanese restaurant adjoined to the premises. The location is perfect, only two minutes walk to st stephen's basilica. i could reach many points of interest just by walking distance.

the location was really great for walking around. i felt really safe, even late at night. the hotel personnel was always nice. the breakfast was included in the hotel price.

i found a pair of socks on the floor behind the big curtains. i guess the reason is no curtain drawing rods. the bay windows are huge and so are the heavy curtains. the sink drain holds water

the location was superb, just a few minutes walk to the city center. i didn't need to take any taxi since st basilica was very close by. the staff was helpful and efficient (i really appreciated their kindness).

I found the included breakfast provided many choices, including great quality items. The location allowed easy access to nearby landmarks and public transport. The staff offered quick help and were always cute. I really appreciated this.

The bathroom design could be a bit better. It seemed like some of the space wasn't used efficiently. I noticed this particularly near the shower area.

the room was spacious and well-equipped i found a list of extra items you could request that was quite useful the air conditioning was very quiet. the location was convenient with many designer shops nearby it was easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

the sink drain held water which was a bit inconvenient the bins in both the bathroom and room lacked plastic covers i didn't like this. i also noticed the cleaning was not perfect i found a pair of socks on the floor behind the curtains
